CET is a network institute of Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS-ISRO) outreach network. IIRS under Indian Space Research Organisation, Department of Space, Government of India is a premier Training, Educational and Research Institute established for developing trained professionals in the field of Remote Sensing, Geoinformatics and GNSS technology for Natural Resources, Environmental and Disaster Management. To enhance the outreach of geospatial science and technology, IIRS is introducing e-learning based certificate courses on 'Remote Sensing and Geo-information Science' for different durations. The e-learning courses are self-paced and learner centric courses.Interested students and faculty can register for various courses.
