Programme Outcomes (PO)

  • PO1: Ability to independently carry out research/investigation and development work to solve practical problems.
  • PO2: Able to write and present a substantial technical report/document
  • PO3: Able to demonstrate a degree of mastery over Traffic and Transportation engineering
  • PO4: Apply knowledge in Transportation Engineering to analyze problems in related areas so as to provide state of art solutions with global, economic, environmental and societal perspective using modern tools/methods and to communicate the same effectively to the society at large
  • PO5: Apply scientific principles and practices to analyze and solve problems in Traffic Engineering, Pavement Engineering, Transportation Planning and Management with collaborations and to involve in lifelong learning so as to keep updated on the advancements in these fields
  • PO6: Attain professional and intellectual integrity, practice code of conduct and ethics and contribute responsibly to the sustainable development of the society

  • PEO 01: Become successful transportation engineers upholding professional ethics and leadership qualities to fit into a broad range of projects in industry, research, academics.
  • PEO 02: Pursue professional development through exposure to the advanced areas of traffic and transportation Engineering by engaging in lifelong learning with a quest to keep alongside with the latest developments in Civil engineering practices.
  • PEO 03: Demonstrate sustainable solutions to multi disciplinary projects.
